I'll never get the visit to the orthopedist when my 12 year old was a
nursing baby; I was dx'ed with tendinitis, or "tennis elbow" (strange
since I don't play tennis!). The doc handed me a box full of meds. When I
said I was breastfeeding he just-whoosh-grabbed the box away from me and
said, we can't give you anything.
Needless to say, I felt less than a person....
