Permission to post from mother: 2 month old exclusively breastfed female
infant, gaining well, passing typical stools until recently. Parent began noticing
several small whitish round objects in stoolover a period of several weeks. I
have not seen these personally. Parent reports round objects are very firm,
have an orange peel appearance. States she was told by a provider that they
are lipids in the stool. Thoughts or comments?
