I am horrified, but not surprised, that this mother is being prevented from
bf. We already *know* that nothing is certain about the risk of HIV
transmission in breast milk. Some studies show a surprisingly low incidence
of supposed risk.

This is Statism at its most invasive.

I hope other countries do not copy. But I expect they will.
