If you check the archives, this has been addresses a while back.  It
does seem that some moms have an enzyme in their milk that can give
this result.  Once a mom knows this happens for her, she should heat
the milk to just under boiling (time should be in the archived
posts) BEFORE storing it.  This seems to inactivate the offending
enzyme.  Once the milk has the taste there doesn't seem to be
anything she can do to change it.  Again, check the archives-don't
trust my memory completely as it's been a number of months since
I've dealt with this problem.
