I believe that if you do additional review of the literature you will
find that while breastfeeding temporarily reduces mineralization of
bone, there is a rapid rebound post-nursing.  Long-term breastfeeding
actually REDUCES the risk of future osteoporosis as expressed by bone
density and/or hip fracture.
