This baby may eventually need a feeding gastrostomy placed.  Often parents
resist this at first, but later realize that it actually allows the baby to
be fed without all the pressure to get the calories into the baby, and then
bf to occur for comfort.  If mother chooses to provide total food for the
baby, she would have to pump.
