Hi everyone! I'm no longer a frequent poster but I lurk ;-) and learn!

My pretty simple remedy for vasospasm is a warm wet washcloth
placed in a sealed ziploc baggie. You prep it before sitting down
to nurse (can be kept warm by keeping it close to the body or tucked
under an arm etc during the feeding). When the baby is about to let go
you quickly place it over the nipple area (in the baggie to retain heat)
and cover with bra, leave in place until it is no longer generating heat.
It seems to work well for those I've asked to try it.
