Be careful not to use the figures provided by the formula company as they will inflate it if they know you are looking to go Baby Friendly. I remember hearing Boston Medical Center saying that the cost provided by the formula company was much higher than the cost they figured out (not sure how they calculated it). After their first year their cost was in line with what they had calculated. Might be worthwhile to contact someone there and see how they came up with their figures.
