Regarding doseages for Blessed Thistle capsules...The capsules that I use,
the doseage is 2 capsules three times daily along with Fenugreek Tea
consumed one cup (hot) twice daily.  With this program, we are usually able
to see substantial improvement within 3 - 5 days.  Of course, the doseages
will vary depending upon the size of the capsules purchased "0" or "00"
capsules will give a greater or lesser doseage.
