" Well, if Marsh Affinity Group Services is no longer offering Liability
Insurance for Lactation Consultants, what did I just pay $87 to renew????
I'll need to call and ask!"

I did NOT see the post that indicated that Marsh was no longer offering
insurance for LC's, but I talked to them just last week and they offered me
coverage as an RN, IBCLC and DOULA. I was surprised to hear that they
charged for the highest of those specialties and that was the LC! However,
I was quoted $206 for 2 mil/4mil and $176 for 1mil/2mil. I did NOT get the
impression that they charged separately for each profession, but just for
the highest of liabilities.

Jeanette, was your $87 premium for one year or was it a partial pay only?
Don't you live in California?

I have also heard that Evanston Insurance covers LC's, but I have not gotten
them to return my call.

Curious and without insurance (not by choice)

Royce
