Thanks for the info!  When I first heard about Vit D levels I had mine checked, it was 7 !!!  Took me about 3 years and a lot of D to get it up over 30.  As I approached 50ng it made my HCP nervous, LOL.  I live in S. Jersey, not sure of latitude.  But I mostly sit at my computer or in my living room chair, stitching.  Daily walks are on my list!  Pat in SNJ
