I've made my own with an elastic band, a pair of panty hose and a bag of lentils. Take panty hose and insert one leg into the other so you have one leg, double thickness. Now slightly above the heel, tie a knot in the stocking. Hold the knot and toe of the stocking in your left hand, and pull the rest of the panty leg over your left hand and forearm. With your right hand, put the elastic band over the knot from the outside wrapping enough times so it's tight. This becomes the nipple. Take your lentils and fill the stocking where your left hand was. That becomes the breast. I believe I cut off the toe portion inside and tied the end where I put the beans in. You can take a sharpie marker and draw in an areola around the nipple.

The nice thing about this breast, besides it being pretty cheap to make, is that you can make it what ever "skin" color you'd like for your audience. I use mine to teach breast compression and RPS.
