Hi. I'm not at ILCA and I don't know who else is here so I'll try to answer
your question. I have had only one mom with breast reduction surgery and she
had plenty of milk though her baby wasn't latching on well. She pumped and
did some breast, some bottle. My understanding is mom just needs to try and
see what happens. It's a risk factor, but many moms are able to breastfeed.
