Since it is usaully tender premenstrually wonder if she has
extramammary tissue.  The tail of spence is a common area for this.
Had a mom a couple weeks ago that had them and even had tiny nipples
there.  She thought they were moles that had somehow developed holes
since she leaked milk from them with each baby.
