These sorts of reminders give me knots in my stomach as I was also a baby during these "advanced" times.

I have been thinking a great deal about the 'fake milk', nestle, institutional frustration of all of this and I have decided my answer:
Radical Compassion.
I want to be compassionate with the bottle feeding mom. I need to be compassionate with the blind people working for formula companies. I will be compassionate with poorly trained doctors and nurses. I will even be compassionate with myself, being thankful for what I have done.
I cannot, of course, be compassionate with an institution or corporations. Those are entities, not people.
This is just my thoughts for the day.
