Subject: For Dr. Newman
One of our OB's wants some journal references as to treatment of thrush in
mothers and nursing babies. She is more than willing to treat but would like
to have back up citations if the insurance companies give her trouble about
reimbursement.
What would be your first line of treatment (especially for mom) with thrush?
