While this appears to be an important study adding to our knowledge base,  I 
did not see anything about how these mothers took care of non-nutritive 
sucking.  Mothers were described as totally breastfeeding, but nothing about 
how often babies were nursed, how many times in 24 hours, etc.  So, I 
believe that until we know more, we still need to keep our eyes on pacifiers 
as one other factor possibly interfering with breastfeeding and return of 
menses/ovulation for some mothers.  I have also wondered about the effect of 
exhaustion on the mother.
