Hello Esther.  I have a niece who has (one of) her Master's Degrees in Arabic.  She works in International Woman's Health and is currently in the Sacramento, CA area.  She does not have her IBCLC.   I would bet she would be willing to assist in translation via face time or Skype if needed and if her Auntie/IBCLC asked!  Just a thought!
