I have to wonder who paid for this "research"?  Taxpayers, I'm afraid!  I'm waiting for the research grant to study if atmospheric room air is actually optimal for growth & development.  Maybe we should be supplementing it with something?  Importing it, possibly?  Designer air could become all the rage.


I couldn't believe this article! It was about checking respiratory function in newborn FT babies.  Their data "confirm that early breastfeeding or formula milk feeding could represent a physiological approach to nutritional regimen of the newborn infant."  Good grief!  and it was tested by giving these FT babies glucose10%-10 ml  q 3 hours for 30 hours after birth!!!
How on earth do they think humans managed for millennia before they discovered that feeding newborns was good for them?
