I've always associated my hives with particular
emotional conditions resulting from
specific worries, especially transitions
  like the time I decided not to continue college;
when I was pregnant and worried about my ability to
parent; when we got the key to our house. Each
time it was a series of reoccuring episodes that continued
until I hit upon the particular issue. A special effort
to calm down was very helpful, like taking very warm, long
baths with peppermint, lots of Epsom salts & some oatmeal.
This had a very calming effect, plus just allowing myself to
emote and get feeling out. All of which was very healing
and restorative.

All the best! Thank God for Lactnet!!
