I'm updating a patient instruction sheet on self-care for thrush.  What are the current recommendations about boiling pump parts, bottle nipples, pacifiers, etc?  Is is 5 minutes or 20 minutes?     Can milk frozen during the thrush period be used at a later time? How high is the risk of re-infection?
