Shes referring to normal separation would be my guess. 

I often get all kinds of different "colors" over the phone from parents on the milk and also on poop. Only to see in person that it's normal. 

I've been told just last week by two different set of parents, when asking about transitional stools, been told the stools were 'brown' then when I looked they were that greenish yellow of a normal transitional stool.
