Hi Pearl,
I recently saw a baby with a mild degree of Pierre Robin seq.  He was
able to bf in prone, laying on his belly on mom's chest when mom lay
down flat on her back.  She brought him to breast with his head extended
and supported the breast with one hand to help him stay on.  This really
eased his breathing.
