Solution for mom with nipple piercing/leaking?

I remember reading on here a few weeks ago about a mom that had a nipple
piercing and was leaking from the piercing site and a few suggestions were
offered.  Has the mom tried the lilypadz yet?

These can be used as a bra-less solution to stop leaks (i used it under a
gown at a wedding).  Probably not great to wear continuously (may inhibit
milk supply) but a good solution when it really matters...
Maybe worth giving a try for her.
