Hello all!  Sounds like Jenifer's New Year is off to a rough start with this case.  Something that sounds too elementary might be helpful:  try this dyad side by side in bed.  If mom uses at least 2 pillows under her head, she should be able to see and assist baby with latching on with both hands.  This way, the bed holds the breast, not the mom.  I've also had some success using slings (not the baby kind) to hold very large breasts.  Hope this is some help!
