In the Journal, the author says exactly :

"A study done in a maternity of Nairobi, on 400 mothers HVI-seropositive
demonstrate that the breastfeeding mothers are twice more at risk to die
that the other."
The only recent study made in Nairobi is the study from Nduati, published in
JAMA (283: 1167-74). Is some of you aware of another one ?
