The milk bank in Austin will accept 100 ounce batches from approved donors.   Donors can be literally most anywhere. It is my understanding that the cost of shipping is provided for an approved donor...?  Here is the link to their page: http://www.milkbank.org/donate-milk/  Good luck! --Shannon
