Just saw the client whose husband developed a breast mass that was
diagnosed as gynecomastia (enlargement of breast tissue) with a recommended
treatment of watchful waiting.  Sure enough, the mass continued to be sore
and possibly enlarging for a few months, and is now less and less sore, and
smaller and smaller.
