Great job Australia with the World Record!
This AM the WIC nutritionist and myself gave a breakfast for the staff in
celebration of WBW. Juice, bagels and cream cheese, fruit and donuts. Of
course everyone came. Lots of joking around but we were able to discuss what
events we are planning and invited everyone to go to the lobby to see our
display. On Friday evening we are having a celebration for bfing families
with pizza, fresh fruit, tortillas, and fun events like a pinata, baby bottle
bowling, baby olympics ( key toss and crawling) and guess the baby's weight!
Lots of prizes have been donated. Last year we had about 80 people attend.
We also had the mayor sign the proclaimation and had that with a press
release in the newspaper.
I wanted to wear my tee shirts but something happened over the winter--they
shrank!! I am sure I didn't outgrow them!!!!! My favorite one is the one with
the " I did it with....." and BF, everyone doing it!
