# fat globules in her milk not going back into suspension when it is
warmed. They remain large enough to clog the nipple of the bottle
during feeding. She also describes a thick coating of white inside the
nipple which we presume to be fat. /---/ This is only a problem with
milk that has been refrigerated or frozen. #

Has she tried to warm the milk a bit less? Tried putting the ebm
container in another container filled with warm water (max +40 C; ie
not hot water)?

I pumped several months for both of my babies when I returned back to
work when they were 9 - 10 months old, and experienced similar type of
fat globules sticking together if the milk got too warm. Finally I
didn't warm the ebm at all, even the taste and smell was better, and
they both seemed to prefer cold ebm to warmed one. But, after all, my
babies were a lot older at that time, while you mom's baby is only
about 2 months, so maybe it is not so good idea to offer unwarmed milk
yet ;)
