I have to sit for the IBCLC exam again this summer as I am comming up on 10
years. I am SO NOT looking forward to doing this again, but I guess that is
the rule! It has acutally been a struggle for me to consider sitting for this
eam again as I recently became Manager of an OB unit and really no longer
need the IBCLC cert as I raraly do consults anymore. But, I digress.....

I am looking for info an what others have dobe to prepare. I have a very good
handle on all the after delivery stuff and both normal and abnormal
breastfeeding progression. I am weaker on the hormone stuff, and know have
to brush up pn that.

What does everyone else do for preparation for recertification when you are
already an IBCLC and have been doing lacation work for greater than 10
years? Suggestions on books, self study or classes (off list if this is a
prohibited question) ? Anything else?

thanks!
