In a recent discussion about evidence for the 8-12 times a day for feeds, the conclusion was that there was no definitive evidence for that advice or policy. Then someone posted a link to an article about a huge range of feeding from 3 to almost constant feeds. I think the average turned out to e 8-12 times a day.
Can anyone repost the link or that message? I didn't use the right search terms in the Archives to find it.
Thanks.
Phyllis
