The nurses need to be familiar with any equipment used at their site (pumps
etc.), But I think more importantly they need to demonstrate competance in
evaluating suck and milk  transfer positioning and competance in helping
mom evaluate intake in first days and weeks  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ.
PS: yes, it's fun especially when you know these tired people really do NOT
want to be there learning about breastfeeding of all things for heaven's
sake!  :-)
