I had a call from a mother of a 14 month old who is nursing this child and is
newly pregnant, about 6-8 weeks, with her second baby. She is experiencing
morning sickness, the typical nausea of pregnancy and was wondering what she
could use to ease this. She had asked about herbal or homeopathic remedies of
which I know very little! I know I have seen ginger tea recommended somewhere
but do not want to provide suggestions to this mother until some of our
resident experts have helped me. What are the current recommendations for
this situation? Thanks everyone.
