I second the situations that Anne Norton-Krawciew detailed so nicely. I
find that many MDs simply tell the mothers to dropper the nystatin in the
baby'S MOUTH rather than to swab with a clean swab each time. Also, the
dosage suggested is 4/24 hours; I find that mothers who use it after every
nursing do far better in getting rid of it.
