Good morning. As a volunteer, I humbly speak for my friends who help out
running this list in asking for your kind patience in this. I realize it
bugs some of you. But if you can imagine at least 10 requests PER DAY from
people, those who do not bother to read the instructions we send in the
beginning, OR at the top of the digest, and just send it on, hoping someone
will catch them, ...and then imagine these filtering down into your email
box, as they do to ours.... and THEN imagine that times 365, and then times
7, that is about 25,550 helping incidents that we have done in the past 7
years.

Pardon us while we try to lessen this work load. We are doing our best, but
as I mentioned before, we all have other pressing things like children,
families, paying work, and you name it, to do.

Thank you. Kathleen
