Denny does this hospital receive ANY federal funds?  They are so clearly in
violation of using any common sense in regard to BF

 I'm  sure there ought to be a way to make them comply with 2000 health
goals or lose their federal $.  ie: a few years ago if a state didn't
comply with federal speed limits of 55 they didn't get federal money for
highways.  seems to  me this would be a possibility.  Try contacting state
dept of health.  Somebody in federal    gov (surgeon general).  Class
action suit on behalf of mothers and babies??? SOMEBODY ought to  be able
to drag them kicking and screaming into the 21st century, whether they want
