The nurse who has problems with this has pretty deep psychological problems
I would hazard to guess.  Anyway after reading about someones daughters
school project (sorry, deleted it before I noted the name) and all that we
know anyway about the decreased bacterial and viral load in breastmilk
compared to formula over time, perhaps it should be the formula that should
be in the Biohazard bag  :-)
