I wonder if you've seen a picture of the BB.  You might want to
check out their website - http://www.breastbottle.com.
It actually is shaped like a breast and has no separate nipple.  One
of our nurses, on seeing it for the first time, commented, "I'd like
to get one of those and keep it on the nightstand.  Then in the
middle of the night when my husband wants to play with mine and I'd
rather sleep, I'll just hand him the BB!"
