Definitely not a "wise one" on the topic of allergies but from what I understand
the mom could avoid all milk proteins or at least keep them to a minimum (not as
effective but better than bingeing on them) while pregnant.   This could  prevent
or at least reduce exposure of the fetus to the potential allergens.
