Is anyone receiving reimbursement for prenatal breastfeeding classes provided through a hospital based Childbirth Education Program?  If so, how do you facilitate client registration and what do you define as "trained provider" for the class instructor as quoted in the ACA? IBCLC, CLC, CBC, CBE....?
