I just remembered reading somewhere that, at one time, in France there was a
law that a wet nurse couldn't feed more than 7 babies at once.  I often tell
this to a mom who is uncertain that she can produce enough milk for her
*big* baby.

So.....if a wet nurse could feed 7 babies who belonged to someone else...
