Dear all:

I hope you will all take this in the light-hearted manner in which is it intended when I share my
husband's humor. Since he was subjected to the Instant Messages from Rosie several years back, I
mentioned what had happened on the recent View episode. He proposed going on the show for a
product for Rosie and Barbara - the Freeze a Boob spray. Whenever they saw anyone who offended
them by nursing in their presence, they could spray the boob so that the mother could not nurse
until it defrosted.

Just to make it clear, my husband often responds to the absurd foibles of how our modern society
views breastfeeding with even more outrageously absurd comments. Long ago, when there was a
posting about "contaminating the sterile field" when women nursed a baby right after a C-section in
the OR, he was speculating upon how this might happen imagining the colostrum squirting over the
drapes into the area of the surgery.

This was not meant to offend anyone, just offer some comic relief from the repetitive and latest
media onslaught against breastfeeding.

Best regards, Susan Burger
