Hello Kate,

I haven't come across nipple vasospasms per se, however, here are some
suggestions for warm compresses:

1. Put washcloths in the dryer until they are warm, then apply. Put
them in the dryer wet for moist compresses.

2. You can make a hot pack out of a sock filled with rice. Tie off the
end, and microwave it for 1-2 minutes. Mom will need to make sure that
there are no hot spots and shake the rice around a bit to even out the
temp. She could make small ones by using a pair of children's socks.

Does anyone know if the blue gel freezer ice packs can also be heated
and used as warm packs?
