Sorry to be a little late in responding to this thread.

It is my policy, as a baby friendly speaker, not to speak at conferences/
workshops etc. that expressly forbid the presence of infants. Period.

When I make fliers for my own offerings I  try to always state "quiet babies and
children welcome." This belongs in the same place that the legally required
statement regarding accomodation of those with handicaps goes. There should also
be mention of availability of pumps and pumping space. If we don't make it clear
to the public that we take such accomodations for nursing moms seriously, how
can we expect the rest of the corporate world to take them seriously?
