Sorry for posting the blank message.

I need info on a medication that a mother is considering. She is
recovering from an ear infection and ruptured ear drum and has residual
fluid in her ear. She is actively nursing a two-year-old. Her doctor has
prescribed DURA-VENT/DA (antihistimine, decongestant, anticholigergic) --
8mg chlorpheniramine maleate, 20mg phenylephrine HCl, 2.5 mg
methscopolamine. She is to take 1 tablet every 12 hours. Her doctor has
said that the methscopolamine might dry up her milk supply. (When her
child was a baby, the mother worked very hard to overcome a low milk
supply.) Any info on this or any known contraindications would be
appreciated. Thanks!
