If the child breasteeds the baby, they get full credit for the
question, which is "The baby is hungry!" and the doll and bottle are
offered. Most questions seem to have a wide range of answers. FE
"What do you do when it is dark?" gets full credit for "Turn on my
light saber!"

I have been told that even bf toddlers are likely to feed the bottle
because they have enough exposure to it culturally. My son pitched the
bottle across the room, because he knew it had dairy and dairy would
make him sick, from my warnings in the church nursery. My daughter
looked at the bottle until the tester told her that there was mother's
milk in it, and then she fed it.

My friend's daughter stuck it up her nose because it looked just like
her mother's nasal spray and she had never seen a baby bottle before.

The one used in my home was a very stylized version that did not bear
much resemblance to an actual baby bottle. The nipple was long, thin,
and pointy, and the bottle was the same size as the baby.
