I did a google search on gigantomastia+lactation and found several sites. 
Ruth Lawrence did a case report. It seems it is an abnormal response to the 
hormones preparing the breasts for lactation. And the breast growth can 
continue with lactation. It seems several mothers were prescribed 
bromocriptine to suppress lactation and it seems at least one had continued 
growth despite the med.
