Do not eat fish while you are pregnant (or not pregnant, from this vegetarian
doc's POV) because they all contain too much mercury.  The FDA in a CYA
effort to appease consumers and the fish industry has warned women off of a
few fish and cautioned them to eat very little of some others, but they
really should have told us all the truth:  We have literally and
metaphorically peed into the waters too much to eat the animals which live in
them.
