I know I may get backlash for this, but is there any evidence that cst is effective? After all the recent talk I did a little research and could come up with nothing that shows this practice to be beneficial. In fact, some cst organizations even suggest that there ideas are antecdoctal, not evidence based.

Thanks for input, I am always looking to find new ways to help moms and babies, I just want to do the right thing,
